At SourceOne Technologies, I developed and supported enterprise web applications using the Liferay portal platform. I analyzed business and technical requirements and translated them into application functionality.
I investigated application issues through troubleshooting, debugging, and defect analysis, then validated functionality against business requirements and expected system behavior. I also worked with existing application code, configurations, and technical documentation.
I'm returning to the workforce and building familiarity with AI evaluation and human-in-the-loop quality workflows. I practice comparing AI-generated responses against defined criteria and scoring rubrics, and identifying factual errors and response-quality issues.
