What I'm looking for

I'm looking to advance downstream purification and GMP manufacturing for biologics, vaccines, or gene therapy products, contributing hands-on process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and continuous improvement.

I execute GMP downstream manufacturing for therapeutic monoclonal antibodies at Kashiv BioSciences, supporting commercial and clinical production campaigns.

Previously at Merck, I developed purification workflows for biologics and virus-like particle vaccine intermediates supporting HPV vaccine manufacturing. My work included clarification, capture and polishing chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, scale-up, and technology transfer.

I work hands-on with Protein A, AEX/CEX, HIC, SEC, TFF, viral filtration, and ÄKTA systems to improve recovery, purity, scalability, and process robustness. I also use ELISA, SDS-PAGE, UPLC, fluorescence assays, qPCR, and flow cytometry to characterize products.

My PhD research at CSIR-IGIB focused on protein folding and recombinant protein expression in mammalian systems. I bring experience in GMP documentation, investigations, CAPA, quality systems, and cross-functional manufacturing support.
