At RSUP Dr. Sardjito, I entered and updated electronic health records for 10+ patients per shift, documenting clinical assessments and patient progress. I also organized patient information to support structured digital recordkeeping.
During a community health project at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), I collected and entered screening data, organized participant records, and contributed to program evaluation. I’ve also practiced spreadsheet organization and reporting through an independent order-tracking project, using sorting, filtering, duplicate checks, and formulas.
