What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote medical coding, billing support, medical records, or healthcare administration roles. I'm flexible to work asynchronously or align with U.S. and international business hours.

At Mitra Bersama Health Clinic, I reviewed clinical charts, assigned ICD-10-CM diagnostic codes, and supported billing and documentation workflows.

I maintained and audited more than 1,000 active patient records across EMR and physical tracking systems with 99.5% data accuracy. I also redesigned data-entry workflows for a clinic handling approximately 50–100 patient visits daily.
