What I'm looking for

I seek a role that values diversity and promotes innovative teaching methods, fostering student growth.

I am a passionate educator with a strong belief in creating a culturally relevant and equitable classroom environment. Currently, I serve as a 4th-grade Dual Language Teacher at Judson ISD, where I develop engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of my bilingual students. My approach emphasizes the importance of incorporating various languages and traditions into the learning process, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that promotes student engagement and success.

Throughout my teaching career, I have consistently focused on adapting instructional materials and methods to meet the varying abilities and interests of my students. My experience includes developing lesson plans for bilingual education across multiple subjects, implementing effective behavior management systems, and tracking student progress through data analysis. I am proud to have received recognition for my efforts, including being a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and graduating Summa Cum Laude.
