DEBORAH CHEPKIRUI

I am a Registered Nurse with over 5 years of experience, full of enthusiasm about my job. I am totally dedicated to patient care, and I find that element of the role the most rewarding.

In my current full-time role as a Contact center nurse / Assistant care Manager at AAR Insurance, I focus on making a difference through both treatment and the care I provide. I bring a naturally caring approach to the work and value being part of a role where I can support patients meaningfully.

From May 2021 to June 2024, I worked as a Registered Nurse at Bliss Medical Centre, strengthening my clinical confidence across pregnancy, family planning, emergency nursing, natural childbirth, and medical-surgical care. I use strong communication and empathic design to support patients through treatment and everyday care.

Earlier, I gained hands-on experience as a Nurse at Tenwek Mission Hospital and as a Nurse Officer Intern at Kiambu County Referral Hospital, with a strong foundation in pregnancy, family planning, natural childbirth, and midwifery. I hold a Bachelor of science in nursing from Kabarak University, and I bring that commitment to continuous, patient-centered nursing practice.
