At Amdari, I clean and validate structured datasets, build repeatable Power Query workflows, and use SQL to investigate business data. I analyse trends and produce visualisations to support decision-making.
At Public Health Wales’ Research, Data and Digital Directorate, I support programmes by maintaining and quality-checking trackers, reports, and supporting documentation. I use Excel and Microsoft Office tools to monitor actions across workstreams and handle sensitive information in line with NHS information-governance and data-protection requirements.
At Emzor Vaccines / Zolon Healthcare, I coordinated vaccination and health-promotion programmes across more than 30 communities and worked as a vaccinator and health educator. My programme analysis identified failed reminder delivery as a major factor in missed appointments; proposed process improvements contributed to vaccination completion increasing from approximately 45% to approximately 97%. My public health research has also included intervention evaluation, critical appraisal, and a Hepatitis B prevalence study.
