At Tech Mahindra, I handled customer interactions and responded to customer queries, gaining practical experience in customer service and workplace communication.

For my project, “Land Use and Land Cover Analysis Using GIS,” I studied land-use and land-cover changes in SagarDeep Island. I used GIS software and remote sensing data for spatial analysis and prepared thematic maps to represent the findings.

In “Impact of Urbanization on Local Environment,” I investigated environmental impacts associated with urban development. I collected and analyzed primary survey data and secondary information, then developed recommendations focused on sustainable environmental practices.

My Geography studies at University of Calcutta included GIS, remote sensing, environmental studies, research, and survey-based data collection. I also have training in office automation and computer applications, with fundamentals in C, C++, and Python.
