I’m a Clinical Specialist and Optometrist with experience in patient consultation, healthcare technology application support, and cross-functional collaboration within a global medical device organization (ZEISS). I turn clinical knowledge into clear, patient-centred communication that helps patients understand next steps with confidence.

In my current role at ZEISS (VisioGen), I manage patient consultations end-to-end—identifying patient needs, treatment goals, and concerns—while supporting lead generation through structured, empathy-led conversations. I translate ophthalmic technology and digital service workflows into accessible language, ensuring consistent compliance with clinical SOPs, escalation protocols, documentation accuracy, and CRM standards.

Management selected me to represent the organization at major international ophthalmology conferences—AAO 2025, ASCRS 2026, and APACRS 2026—where I lead live client interactions and product-related conversations. I also conduct first-round interviews for incoming team members, using structured assessments to evaluate customer support aptitude and role alignment.

I’m recognized as a mentor who coached 8–10 Optometrists through onboarding and live readiness, enabling them to operate independently in real patient interactions. I’ve also partnered with Learning & Development to review and improve onboarding and training materials, and I continue to seek clinical application support, medical device customer success, or healthcare technology opportunities internationally.
