I’m an Optometrist and Associate Phaco Development Specialist at Alcon, focused on ophthalmic clinical support, surgeon training, and workflow optimization. I support surgeons during phaco procedures, optimize phaco machine settings for efficiency, and provide intraoperative technical support while keeping patient outcomes and clinical excellence central to how I work.
Before Alcon, I worked as a Sr Optometrist at NYRA Hospital, where I conducted comprehensive eye examinations, binocular vision assessment, and patient counseling, including pediatric vision screening and pre- and post-operative care. I also trained OT staff and junior optometrists, troubleshot machine and surgical issues, contributed to product demos and installations, and maintained detailed clinical documentation—experiences that shaped my interest in vision therapy, amblyopia management, and digital healthcare solutions.
