I’m a healthcare operations professional intentionally focused on provider enrollment, credentialing, payer relations, and revenue cycle operations—areas where I’ve consistently delivered value, built expertise, and found the greatest professional fulfillment.

Across provider enrollment, credentialing and recredentialing, primary source verification, and provider onboarding, I maintain provider data integrity and keep credentialing records audit-ready. I’m especially strong in managing Medicare participation, DMEPOS enrollment and compliance, and commercial payer participation requirements.

I bring hands-on payer relations and revenue cycle strength, including prior authorizations, payer communications, claims follow-up, and denial resolution. I also support EFT/ERA enrollment and help ensure ongoing compliance as payer and program rules change.

I’m recognized for accuracy, strong follow-through, problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex provider and payer requirements. I’ve also led training, interviewing, and staff development to strengthen operational performance and ensure teams execute consistently and correctly.
