What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend role where I can use PL/SQL to automate services, generate reliable reports, and quickly fix errors. I want a team that values problem-solving, clear communication, and continuous learning.

I’m an Analyst Back End Developer at MAPFRE Puerto Rico, building and maintaining backend services by developing code in PL/SQL to automate tasks like generating reports. I also identify and analyze errors in existing programs and implement fixes based on the root cause.

My foundation comes from Holberton School’s software engineering program, covering low-level programming, high-level programming, databases, and system devops.

I bring a service-oriented, problem-solving mindset from both tutoring at Holberton School and hands-on customer support experience at Liberty Cablevision, where I handled client accounts, payments, billing details, and basic technical support.
