I build data-driven forecasting, reporting, and bid-management systems using SQL, .NET, Excel, and Power BI.

At Delta Computer Solutions, I built a custom bid-management system that supported $15M in annual winning bids in the City and County of San Francisco Technology Marketplace. I also synchronized planning and reporting for a $50M monthly forecast, integrating .NET, VBA, SQL, Excel, Access, Power BI, Power Query, QuickBooks, and MSSQL/T-SQL.

I've delivered data models, dashboards, reporting systems, and application upgrades for the California Department of Social Services, Cable One, Aerojet, Hewlett-Packard, and the County of Sacramento. My work spans requirements, modeling, SQL development, testing, deployment, documentation, and support for complex operational, financial, sales, and public-service data.
