At Surfside Capital Advisors LLC, I lead Fractional CFO and FP&A engagements for small and mid-size business owners. I own clients’ planning cycles, from budgets and rolling forecasts to monthly close, cash flow management, and board-level reporting.

I also execute sell-side and buy-side transactions in the $5M to $30M range, covering valuation, deal structuring, and LOI negotiation. Since 2025, I’ve advised on transactions representing over $100M in aggregate value, and I coordinate Quality of Earnings preparation and due diligence workstreams.

Before Surfside Capital Advisors, I advised SMBs independently on M&A, valuation, financial modeling, and FP&A. At SURA Colombia, I owned operating-budget analysis for the Central region and built financial models integrating five areas of the Technical Division.
