David Githaiga

I am a driven and ambitious legal professional with a strong passion for law and a commitment to making a positive impact. With experience in various roles, including Director of Research at Wakilisha Initiative and Advocate Trainee at Mbuthia Kinyanjui and Company Advocates, I have developed a strong foundation in legal practice and a keen understanding of the importance of advocacy and community engagement.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to providing legal services to those in need, particularly minors in conflict with the law. I have also been involved in various initiatives, including mentorship programs and research projects, aimed at promoting justice and human rights. My experience has taught me the value of teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail, and I am confident in my ability to make a valuable contribution to any organization.

I hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and have completed the Advocates Training Program at the Kenya School of Law. I am also certified in data protection and have a strong understanding of the importance of technology in the legal profession. I am excited to continue growing and developing as a legal professional and am committed to using my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in my community.
