What I'm looking for
I’m a Facility/Project Manager based in Abuja, Nigeria, driven by a desire to be part of an ethical organization with a challenging vision. I contribute quality ideas and work output in a strong team environment that fosters collaboration and interpersonal learning.
Since September 2019, I’ve developed and implemented facility management policies and procedures, planned and managed maintenance and repair work, and monitored facility performance and budget. I appraise facility life cycle and schedule preventive maintenance, while negotiating vendor and lease contracts to support reliable operations.
Before that, I strengthened procurement and supply chain management for health commodities with a Logistics Management Information System (LMIS) to reduce stock-outs, lower costs, and eliminate wastage. I also organized logistics processes across contracting, purchasing, warehousing, communications, and transport, while building relationships with suppliers, government offices, and development partners.
I bring hands-on program and valuation experience from roles including Program Assistant and Facility Management & Valuation Support (NYSC). I also hold a B.Tech in Estate Management and Valuation and continue developing my capability through research, professional memberships, and continuous learning.
