I'm advancing toward a CISO or CIO mandate, with a long-term goal of a unified Chief Digital & Information Officer or Chief Information & Technology Officer role combining cybersecurity leadership, technology strategy, and IT governance.

At Adonten Community Bank Plc, I lead IT strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity resilience, and infrastructure modernization. I led an enterprise cybersecurity transformation that reduced security incidents by 50% while maintaining 100% regulatory compliance.

I also supported the migration of the core banking platform to cloud-based infrastructure and played a key role in digital banking initiatives. These efforts contributed to faster transaction processing, increased mobile platform adoption, and less manual processing.

Before becoming Head of IT, I supported IT operations and cybersecurity as an IT Officer, following earlier work managing credit risk operations and loan portfolio performance as a Credit Officer (HO). I hold a BSc in Information Technology and certifications in cloud computing and cybersecurity, and I'm advancing toward a CISO or CIO mandate.
