W.L.L., I coordinate planning and resource controls for 5–8 concurrent Oil & Gas projects, bringing schedules, manpower forecasts, CAPEX needs and execution priorities together. I present integrated look-ahead plans to the Country Manager and recommend recovery actions for resource conflicts and schedule risks.
I’ve optimized turnaround staffing through demand-based deployment, cross-training and resource sharing. This work reduced manpower deployment by approximately 20%, idle hours by 15%, and freelancer and local-hire spend by QAR 2–3M.
For QatarEnergy LNG South Train 04 & Helium, I managed manpower planning, schedule control, mobilization and recovery planning for a 40-day shutdown with approximately 750 peak personnel. The shutdown was completed six days ahead of schedule.
At Petrofac on Saudi Aramco’s Fadhili Gas Project, I controlled a 5,000+ activity Primavera P6 Level 4 schedule and supported execution with approximately 18,000 peak project personnel. I also applied EVM, critical-path analysis and recovery planning to monitor performance and support project decisions.
