At Mobiz Inc, I designed and built a bulk Add/Revoke Membership tool using a Data Source to manage client accounts, group membership, and access, replacing a manual process. I also customized CSM/FSM workspaces and configured a customer-facing portal with catalog items and Flow Designer flows.
At StoreWorkflows, I built ServiceNow applications and a custom Integration Hub spoke for onboarding integrations with third-party services. Earlier, I developed React components, created a component library using Storybook, and implemented REST API connections.
