What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead QA in Agile teams—owning manual testing strategy, release readiness, and process improvements—while mentoring engineers and partnering cross-functionally to protect product quality.

I’m a QA Engineer / QA Lead with 9+ years of experience in manual testing of web, mobile, SaaS, and iGaming products. I lead QA across product streams, mentor 5–7 QA engineers, and handle requirements analysis and validation, release readiness assessment, and go/no-go recommendations.

I bring deep expertise across frontend, backend, API, and CMS testing—functional, regression, smoke, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end—while validating UI/UX against Figma and ensuring responsive behavior across browsers and devices. I build QA processes from scratch (test plans, checklists, regression suites, and release documentation), manage defects in Jira, and improve coverage by collaborating with automation engineers.
