At Crescent Wound Care, I manage physician recruitment across six U.S. states, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and follow-ups. I achieved 5–6 physician hires in one month against an average benchmark of approximately one, and generated 40+ qualified applications within three weeks through improved sourcing and Indeed strategy.
I also serve as a communication point for physicians and stakeholders, supporting credentialing, licensing, malpractice documentation, and onboarding coordination. I collaborate with leadership and an international remote team.
At Santosh International School, I designed and delivered English lessons and introduced a “Grammar Through Storytelling” approach adopted across middle-school levels. I also facilitate “Let’s Speak English” workshops focused on fluency, pronunciation, public speaking, and real-life communication.
