At the Philippine Statistics Authority, I build Go-based microservices that support government information systems and distributed processing. I also develop and maintain Node.js REST APIs for census data consumers.
On the Unified Enterprise Survey System, I developed backend services and modules using Go’s standard net/http package, and implemented a Temporal Worker for CAPI-to-database processing with RabbitMQ. I also developed Go backends for online registration and geographic code systems, and built a proof of concept with Temporal to orchestrate backend processes.
