I’m looking to join a team where I can deliver clear legal strategy and compliance-focused casework—especially corporate credit files, AML support, and notarial/real-estate resolutions—while collaborating closely with stakeholders to reduce risk and achieve results.

I’m an independent legal consultant focused on practical legal analysis and decisive problem-solving, especially for technical and theoretical criteria that drive optimal resolutions. I provide notarial consulting with guidance and accompaniment in each case, with a strong emphasis on resolving issues before the Instituto Registral y Catastral de Nuevo León.

Previously, as a corporate lawyer at FINANCIERA TRINITAS SA DE SOFOM ENR, I managed contractual procedures to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation. I developed legal opinions and detailed remittance reports in credit files, administered operations such as controlling disbursement requests and safeguarding legal documentation, and performed client evaluations through audits and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols.

I also bring hands-on casework experience from preparing and protocolizing contracts and real-estate successions at NOTARIA 24, plus drafting and filing specialized health-sector legal complaints through MEDELEG. My approach is clear, organized communication with clients and stakeholders, coordinating with notaries to manage follow-up and ruling for each case.
