Oversee operations across two solvent extraction plants, coordinating production, quality, and safety performance. Raised Makurdi plant throughput from 40TPD to 60TPD and increased SBM yield from 79% to 83%.

Directed day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production, quality, and safety targets were consistently met. Maintained full utilisation at 200TPD installed capacity, frequently running above nameplate at up to 205TPD.

Coordinated production across two plant locations, aligning output schedules and resource allocation. Managed raw material procurement, toll-milling partnerships, and maintenance schedules to support efficient operations.

Led the capital project to purchase, install, and commission a 100TPD vegetable oil refinery in Kaduna. Managed installation of a 10TPD mini poultry feed plant.

Oversaw the full production process and developed production schedules. Determined human and material resource requirements and implemented quality control programmes.

Built and led the QA function from the ground up, establishing quality systems and controls. Monitored production activities, analysed output, and ensured finished goods met quality standards.

Served as pioneer quality personnel at a newly established plant, identifying quality needs and establishing a quality control laboratory.
