What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my revenue cycle, coding, denial resolution, and reimbursement analysis experience to improve billing accuracy, reduce denials, and support timely reimbursement.

I'm currently improving hospice billing workflows at Southcoast Health at Home, managing full-cycle claims across Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, commercial, private pay, and VA insurance.

I investigate denials, correct claims, submit appeals, audit payments against contracts and fee schedules, and analyze recurring issues to improve reimbursement outcomes. I also work closely with clinical, intake, scheduling, compliance, and finance teams to resolve billing issues.
