At TACTECH, I design, build, and maintain automated client systems using Make.com, Airtable, Fillout, and Softr. I’ve built 25+ workflows for lead capture, data routing, notifications, and scheduled processes.
For a live beauty services business, I built and maintain an appointment system that handles bookings, client-initiated rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds as account credits. It connects client requests with artist approvals and keeps appointment records and Google Calendar events in sync.
I integrate services through REST APIs and webhooks, and add error handling, logging, and retry logic to production workflows. After building and testing scenarios and Airtable bases during my internship at TACTECH, I converted to a full-time Automation Engineer role.
