I am a director-level engineering and IT leader with extensive experience building, governing, and scaling distributed software organizations across Europe.

I specialize in enterprise software delivery, P&L ownership, and leading organizations in regulated and mission-critical environments, with a strong focus on delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and long-term operational stability.

In recent roles, I led engineering delivery for large-scale process automation and network information platforms within the energy and industrial domain, aligning engineering execution with executive business priorities and long-term portfolio direction.

My leadership style is people-first but outcome-driven. I build high-trust, remote-first environments that enable autonomous teams to deliver sustainably, even during periods of organizational change or market pressure.

I work closely with B-level and executive stakeholders on strategy, investment decisions, and portfolio evolution.
