Daniel Raydan

I’m an Industrial Engineering student at Lebanese American University, driven by using analytical thinking to solve real-world problems. Since 2022, I’ve earned multiple LAU Model program awards and full scholarships, reflecting both consistency and a strong aptitude for leadership and international collaboration.

I co-founded MedGira, a medical tourism startup, to elevate Lebanon’s medical tourism sector globally. I’ve worked with engineers (including a biomedical specialist) to design solutions that improve patient access, and I’ve represented the startup in two international hackathons—winning both, securing funding, and earning development resources.

I also support operations directly as a Student Assistant at Riyad Nassar Library, coordinating schedules, communications, and administrative workflows while managing documentation, reports, Excel sheets, and internal process optimization. In parallel, I founded and serve as Vice President of the first public school Model United Nations club in Lebanon, training students in research, debate, public speaking, teamwork, and leadership.
