At Citi, I process export documentary trade transactions, including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Standby Letters of Credit. I review documentation against UCP 600, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements, and work with correspondent banks on reimbursements, claims, and discrepancies.

I also develop VBA automation tools and build Excel dashboards and reporting solutions to reduce manual work and improve processes. My work uses SWIFT, Flexcube, and TRIMS, and I’m increasingly applying AI-assisted tools and R for workflow optimization and data analysis.
