At Alstom Polska, I analyze financial and operational data and create cash, forecast, CAPEX, and intercompany reports using Excel and Power BI.

I also work on improving payment, treasury, and reporting processes, using SAP, Power Query, and SQL to prepare information for business decisions. I collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, banks, and other stakeholders, and act as Deputy Treasury Manager for Poland and the Baltics.

Previously, as a Financial & Accounting Analyst at Stellantis → Capgemini, I analyzed financial data, monitored KPIs, and supported the optimization and standardization of financial processes.

At Weblink Software, I mapped and optimized processes using BPMN, gathered requirements, and modeled functionality using UML. I also used user data and feedback to help optimize solutions in an Agile environment.
