What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance-focused role where I can use R, Excel, and Power BI to analyze portfolios, support investment decisions with accurate reporting, and keep growing through hands-on research on financial market dynamics.

I’m an Economics graduate building hands-on expertise in portfolio financial control and investment analysis, supported by strong communication skills developed through teaching. I enjoy turning messy financial data into clear insights that support decisions.

In my current Financial & Investment Support work, I manage financial and accounting aspects of ~20 client investment portfolios totaling over BRL 20 million. I evaluate portfolio performance using R and contribute to investment insights through structured data analysis and reporting.

I focus on accuracy and usability—ensuring data accuracy across financial records and producing reporting that stakeholders can trust. I use R and advanced Excel for analysis, plus Power BI for visualization and dashboards when presenting trends and relationships.

I’m also actively developing research on financial market dynamics (“Time-varying Exposure of Brazil to Developed Equity Markets”), applying quantitative methods in R and using data visualizations to explore volatility, interdependence, and financial contagion. I want to grow in finance and data-driven decision-making while continuing to strengthen my analytical depth.
