At SENA TecnoParque, I designed and optimized machinery, devices, and mechanical components while supporting engineering projects for companies and organizations. I also managed equipment, maintenance needs, suppliers, and resources for the manufacturing and prototyping workshop-laboratory.
I planned and tracked preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosed failures, and prioritized interventions based on equipment condition, criticality, and operational impact. I coordinated specialized providers from defining technical requirements through service execution and follow-up.
As a technical engineering consultant at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, I evaluated approximately 199 assets, reviewing their operating condition, maintenance, safety, and obsolescence. I prepared technical assessments and recommendations to support asset management and maintenance planning.
My work has also included mechanical simulation and applied research at Universidad Autónoma de Manizales, and mechanical design at 3i – Impresión de Ideas Innovadoras. In a project to redesign an ice-cream packaging machine, I participated in addressing recurring shaft fractures by optimizing load distribution and redesigning critical components.
