At Venture Labs, I lead the UX redesign of core flows—including the deal pipeline, dashboard, and AI plugins—for an AI-native deal-flow platform for venture capital funds. I also ran brand and identity discovery with the CEO and COO and interviewed founders to ground design decisions.
At Alight Solutions, I owned two steps of the Annual Enrollment journey, from sketches through launch, and translated usability findings into interface changes. I designed responsive experiences within the design system, created five components and updated six, and applied accessibility and content-writing standards.
