Opened and operated a specialty coffee shop at a remote off-grid site, developing solutions for water and energy supply, kitchen, vendors, and group hospitality. Provided operations and brand consulting for an accessories and design studio, and produced digital content and marketing strategy for both brands.

General producer of an independent dance-theater company, handling identity, fundraising, outreach, contracts, and venue relations. Also served as live technical operator for lighting and sound and technical liaison between the venue's operations management and resident companies.

Co-produced over 100 institutional events for a newly founded university, including summits, lectures, and festivals. Designed programs and agendas, coordinated multimedia production and hosting protocols, and led outreach and student community engagement.

Designed, negotiated, and produced 20+ community intervention projects for governments, international organizations, and companies, managing an annual budget of up to 5.5M MXN. Served as the client's direct counterpart across the full project cycle and led multidisciplinary teams across simultaneous sites.

Led production of a 26-episode documentary series on cycling and mobility for national public television. Designed the narrative structure and production plan, led a crew through a 2-month shoot across 9 cities, and co-responsible for administrative close-out and master delivery.

Produced the agenda and content program for a large event with over 600 attendees, three federal ministers, and 17 tech companies. Coordinated speakers, companies, and graduates, and implemented an automated registration system with progress reports and a shared database.
