What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing engineering role where I can own pre-sales through rollout—running technical calls, implementing monitoring, and debugging SSO and infrastructure—so requirements turn into stable deployments and clearer docs.

I’m a solutions-focused engineer at Checkly, serving as the technical point of contact for 1,500+ customers—from first evaluation through enterprise rollout. I lead discovery calls, demos, live troubleshooting, and architecturally-oriented reviews that translate monitoring requirements into working Checkly implementations.

I also own enterprise authentication work, configuring and debugging SAML/SSO and Auth0 setups (including JIT provisioning, IdP-initiated flows, and role mapping). Along the way, I guide Terraform “monitoring-as-code” deployments, integrate CI/CD workflows, diagnose multi-layer issues across JavaScript/Node.js and Playwright, and escalate partner with engineering/product to unblock enterprise adoption.
