What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a student-centered school role where I can advise and mentor learners with psychology-informed, data-informed support, build strong relationships with families, and help students achieve lasting academic success and retention.

I’m a student-centered educator with a psychology background and 5+ years supporting students’ academic, social, and personal development. I advise, mentor, and monitor progress while helping learners build engagement, goal setting, and persistence through individualized support and effective communication.

I partner with parents/guardians to resolve concerns and connect students with resources, and I analyze performance data to adjust interventions.
