I’m a cross-functional professional focused on delivering dependable support through IT assistance, accurate documentation, and practical problem-solving. From my IT internship, I supported monitoring of IT systems, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks, and helped with data entry and digital record management for water treatment and distribution operations.

In my teaching role, I prepared and delivered lesson plans aligned with approved curriculum standards, conducted continuous assessments, and maintained accurate academic records.
