I’m a Registered Electrical and Electronics Engineer (COREN) with 5 to 6 years of progressive experience in electrical maintenance engineering, manufacturing operations, and industrial plant supervision. I maintained equipment availability of 95 to 97 per cent across 4 production lines, reduced unplanned downtime by up to 50 per cent, and cut mean time to repair from 3 hours to 1.5 hours through disciplined planned maintenance and root cause analysis.
As a Production Supervisor, I lead a team of 16 to 20 operators across 4 production lines, driving output (10 to 20 tonnes per shift), OEE above 80 per cent, and up to 30 per cent reduction in material waste through KAIZEN and 5S. I hold zero lost-time incidents across electrical maintenance activities, enforce LOTOTO and permit-to-work compliance, and bring ISO 9001:2015 QMS, TPM, and Onshore/Offshore HSE credentials—while continuing my M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (in view).
