At Cebu South Medical Center, I completed supervised clinical rotations in the Medical-Surgical Ward, Emergency Room, Operating Room, and Intensive Care Unit. I measured, monitored, and documented patients’ vital signs under the guidance of clinical instructors and healthcare staff.

I supported patient care activities, observed clinical procedures, and followed unit protocols and safety practices. I also handled patient information carefully and communicated observations to supervising healthcare personnel.
