What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote backend role where I can build REST APIs in Java/Spring Boot, write clean maintainable code, and work with Git-based collaboration, code reviews, and CI/CD—ideally with opportunities to grow my architecture and DevOps skills.

I’m a Backend Developer with hands-on experience building REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot. I focus on clean, testable, and maintainable code, and I’m comfortable with professional workflows like feature branches, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.

In my recent role, I developed and maintained web features using PHP and JavaScript and worked with MySQL on schema design, query optimization, and data migration. In my project “Tu Evento,” I designed a full event management backend using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) with a layered architecture, implemented Ports & Adapters, JWT authentication with role-based access control, documented endpoints with Swagger/OpenAPI, and managed DB migrations with Liquibase—containerized with Docker and integrated with AWS S3 for storage.
