At Digital Catapult, I lead accounting operations and financial control, overseeing the monthly close, management accounts and reporting to senior leadership. I redesigned weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and introduced a 13-week rolling forecast to improve cash visibility.

Before that, as Finance Manager at Digital Catapult, I designed the organisation’s first structured month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation framework. I also developed a team of three and helped embed audit-ready schedules into monthly finance activities.

At Pangaia, I built and structured the finance function, recruiting and developing a team of four, and led the finance workstream for the migration from Xero to NetSuite.
