What I'm looking for

I'm seeking leadership and consulting opportunities in Knowledge Management, Digital Asset Management, Information Management, and Organizational Memory, as well as project management roles in creative and technical environments, particularly in media and audiovisual. I’m interested in roles combining knowledge, technology, and creative processes.

Knowledge Management executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience in knowledge management, digital asset management (DAM), information governance, and people leadership.

I worked at TV Globo, one of the world's largest broadcasters and content producers, for over 20 years, where I led Knowledge Management, Graphic Design, and Image Research teams at Globo Studios. I was responsible for the development, implementation, and governance of DAM solutions supporting audiovisual production, as well as knowledge and information management initiatives involving taxonomies, metadata, controlled vocabularies, policies, workflows, and digital archives.

Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams and projects at the intersection of knowledge, technology, and creative production, working closely with business areas, technology teams, suppliers, and external partners. My experience includes knowledge structuring and reuse, digital transformation, information governance, taxonomy and metadata development, and the implementation of collaborative and digital asset management solutions.

I currently work as a independent consultant, supporting organizations in structuring and governing their knowledge and digital assets. I am also a researcher at Instituto ECOA/PUC-Rio, working on applied research projects in partnership with Petrobras.

I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration (Strategy) from PUC-Rio and am currently a PhD candidate in Business Administration (Organizational Studies) at PUC-Rio, where my research focuses on Organizational Memory Studies (OMS). My academic research also explores knowledge management and digital asset management in project-based creative organizations.

I am a member of the Media Management Commission at FIAT/IFTA, contributing to international discussions on media management, metadata, digital archives, and emerging technologies.
