In my recent role at Laurel Consults Ltd as a Legal Assistant, I authored contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, affidavits and commercial agreements for corporate and private clients. I translate statutes and case law into practical client advice through legal memoranda, and I proactively review documents to identify drafting inconsistencies, legal risk and compliance issues.
