What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deepen my work in legal advisory and regulatory compliance—supporting strong governance, practical risk management, and policy implementation. I thrive where I can liaise with regulators and help teams make confident, compliant decisions.

I am an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with over six years of experience providing legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance support. I coordinate governance documentation and board-related compliance, advise management on legal risks, and help institutions implement policies with transparency and accountability.

In my current role as a Legal Advisor (Independent Consultant), I led legal incorporation and regulatory establishment of a payment service provider in Uganda, coordinating licensing processes with the Bank of Uganda, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. I also provide advisory on financial regulatory compliance, AML compliance frameworks, and corporate governance, drafting corporate agreements and compliance policies to support operational readiness.
