At Dudley Construction, Dudley Engineering and affiliated entities, I run finance across a family-owned group spanning construction, engineering, real estate, glass installation, metal fabrication and agriculture. I cut management reporting from days to minutes with AI and automation, and I’m leading the group’s current ERP selection.
I manage the bank, treasury, covenant and surety relationships, and helped increase bonding capacity from about $30 million to $75 million. I also led refinancing of ranch and real estate holdings valued at about $50 million.
I supported the acquisition and integration of a structural engineering firm, helping double engineering operations as revenue grew tenfold from 2019 to 2025. At Nance International, Inc., I led SAP Business ByDesign implementation across affiliated companies and oversaw the financial management and audits of a UK subsidiary.
Earlier, I performed financial due diligence and quality-of-earnings analysis at Grant Thornton, and advised middle-market companies and private equity clients on transactions at Corporate Finance Associates. I’m a Certified Public Accountant in Texas, with a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School, and a Certificate in M&A and Corporate Development from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
