What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered role in behavioral health that values teamwork, clinical autonomy, crisis management experience, and opportunities to advance holistic nursing practices.

I am an experienced Psychiatric Registered Nurse with over eight years in diverse healthcare settings, including inpatient CPEP, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and substance-abuse programs. I hold a BSN (2015) and a prior BS in Biology, and I focus on holistic, patient-centered care.

Throughout my career I have administered medications, managed IV/transfusion and wound care, completed psychiatric intake and long-acting psychotropic administration, and provided crisis intervention across multiple hospitals and behavioral health units. I have experience in short- and long-term rehabilitation, psychiatric observation, and emergency psychiatric services.

I have coordinated care as a Nurse Care Manager, working with multidisciplinary teams to connect patients with counseling, specialty referrals, and community resources, while maintaining accurate charting and documentation for large patient populations. I emphasize safety, de-escalation, and culturally sensitive communication.
