What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and lead scalable software products where I can combine full-stack engineering, AI, telephony, CRM integrations, architecture, and team leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

I'm building KASSIE AI's telephony and CRM infrastructure, from carrier-grade SIP trunking and WebRTC endpoints to real-time integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, and Salesloft.

Previously, as CTO at Shortchase Inc., I led four front-end developers, three back-end developers, and two product designers. I improved front-end productivity by 20%, reduced server response time by 50%, and introduced automated testing and continuous integration that increased code quality by 30%.

Across Brainbench Technology and Seeds Communication Technologies, I've delivered web applications, university portals, computer-based testing software, AI models, and Python automation for clients and large user bases. I enjoy turning complex requirements into dependable products while guiding teams and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
