Supervised and coordinated the team of promoters and brand ambassadors for each event, providing directions and managing the return of wardrobe and promotional assets. Monitored overall event flow and managed backstage and VIP access.

Served as Stage Manager for year-end theater productions, coordinating rehearsal schedules and managing group cues during live performances. Handled daily inquiries for approximately 200 people and coordinated the simultaneous use of 4 dance studios.

Managed RSVP tracking and follow-ups for guests and artists, and participated in seating assignment meetings. Supervised guest entrance and seating on the day of the ceremony, resolving access issues on-site.

Managed full-cycle dancer production for every date, including recruitment, information distribution, and communication group management. Coordinated rehearsals and logistics for tour dates across various cities and abroad.

Coordinated over 400 dancers and students during the festival, managing dressing room assignments and stage rehearsal slots. Acted as Stage Manager during two back-to-back shows, coordinating cues for over 30 groups.

Served as Stage Manager during rehearsals and shows, marking the stage, coordinating cues, and resolving technical issues in real-time. Led end-to-end general production, including team insurance, ticketing platforms, and front-of-house entry control.
