I contributed to a quality management system under the SCRUM framework, supported data collection for ISO 9001 implementation audits, and helped develop client acquisition strategies using Design thinking.
At GMT Consulting Group E.I.R.L. and other project consultancies, I supported PMI project management, project progress controls, and administrative coordination. My work also included supporting CAD-GIS data integration, handling graphic and alphanumeric information, and assisting with QGIS training courses.
