I’m building toward becoming a certified PMP, with a clear focus on project leadership and measurable organizational impact. I aspire to manage projects end-to-end and continuously improve results by learning and applying modern project management methodologies and technologies.

Since July 2021, as an Assistant Project Supervisor at ARAB CONTRACTORS NIGERIA LTD, I handle administrative and delivery-critical work—preparing invoices and estimates, scheduling meetings, and coordinating tasks and deliverables with the project team. I track and report progress against milestones, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders and timely delivery.

I’ve strengthened delivery performance through proactive issue resolution: I address challenges around subcontractor work, materials delivery, and site task execution to protect timelines and budgets. I also supervise subcontractors for compliance with specifications and quality standards, while managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce delays.

Earlier, as a Graduate Intern Site Materials Supervisor (Nov 2019 – May 2021), I improved materials forecasting and inventory control by communicating with site managers, monitoring usage, and implementing a materials inventory system that increased accountability and reduced wastage. As a Safety Personnel intern (May 2018 – Dec 2018), I monitored safety compliance, enforced safety rules, delivered safety training, and conducted regular site inspections.
